Attacking players on your own server during VS
The Alliance Competition (VS) is played between two servers. Attacking players on your own server is not allowed while the competition is running; focus on the rival server.
Penalty: A warning for the first offence, removal from the alliance if repeated.

Repeatedly attacking much lower-level players
Attacking players far below your level over and over to take their resources is not allowed.
Penalty: A warning; reported to the server leadership if repeated.
